Terms and Conditions


Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email to confirm your order details. Please keep this email so we can refer to it in any future correspondence regarding your order. If you do not receive this email please get in touch so that we can check your order has been placed successfully.



Payment can be made via Paypal or credit/debit card - login details are required.

Payment is deducted when we process your order. If your payment cannot be authorised for any reason we will let you know. Your ordered goods will only be dispatched when your payment has been processed successfully.



We reserve the right to alter prices on the website at any time.  We are not currently VAT registered but may be required to do so in the future. 


Availability of Goods

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available for any reason.



Cookies are small files saved in your web browser and used on websites for things such as keeping track of your shopping cart contents, enhancing the navigation menus and to save your delivery addresses. You can turn off cookies within your browser, selecting to block cookies. If you do turn off cookies this will mean you will be unable to place orders or benefit from any other features that require the use of cookies.



Deliveries in the UK will be made by the Royal Mail and a signature may be required on delivery.

For larger orders over £30.00 and international orders an alternative courier may used.

Please be aware that for orders outside of the UK, any taxes, import duties or charges applied will be the responsibility of the customer.



Orders can be returned if you are unhappy with the goods for any reason. Please return within 28 days and we will refund or replace them. Please note this does not apply to items which have been made to order.

Refunds will be made once we have received the goods back from you and refunded via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods.

Postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except where an item is faulty or the delivered order is incorrect.

If you are not able to return the goods in a perfect condition then we may need to charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result.

Please return goods with a proof of postage certificate as you will be responsible for all returned goods.
