Shipping Information

 

We will usually send your items in 2 - 3 working days of receiving your order, for custom orders we’ll need a little longer.  If you need items by a certain date please get in touch when ordering to make sure we can get them to you in time.

The majority of orders will be sent via Royal Mail standard delivery (2nd class) and larger/heavier orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Unfortunately due to changes within the EU and in the USA we have decided for the time being to limit our delivery to the UK only. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Delivery Costs

​Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on the weight and size of the order.  They start at £1.00 for an individual card and the most you'll ever pay for a larger/heavier order is £3.75.  For orders over £35.00 delivery is free.

 

Estimated delivery times 

 

Royal Mails estimates delivery in two to three working days, this does not include the time taken for us to process your order.  

 

Delivery direct to the recipient

  

If you would like your card or other purchase sent directly to the recipient, let us know in the custom text box of each item when you place an order.

Please include the recipient's name, address and if your purchase is a card, the message you'd like us to write inside.  

​

We will ship your purchase on our normal postal days via Royal Mail second class and as with all our items cannot guarantee delivery on specific days.  If you do need something to arrive quickly or by a certain date, please get in touch to check we are able to get things to you or your loved ones in time.
