Shipping Information

 

We will usually send your items within 2 working days of receiving your order, for custom orders we’ll need a little longer.  If you need items by a certain date please get in touch when ordering to make sure we can get them to you in time.

 

The majority of orders will be sent via Royal Mail standard delivery and heavy packages/higher priced orders may require a signature on delivery.

Please be aware that for orders outside of the UK, any taxes, import duties or charges applied will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

If using our delivery direct to recipient service (see below) standard royal mail first class will be used to send out cards to an individual address.

Delivery costs are below and are calculated based on the total weight (in grams/kilograms) of your order and your location.

These are based on Royal Mails estimated delivery times and do not include the time taken for us to process your order.  

UK - approximately 2 - 4 working days

Europe  - approximately 3 - 5 working days

Rest of the World - 5 - 7 working days

 

Delivery direct to the recipient

  

If you would like your card or other purchase sent directly to the recipient, let us know in the custom text box of each item when you place an order.

Please include the recipient's name, address and if your purchase is a card, the message you'd like us to write inside.

We will ship your purchase on our normal postal days and as with all our items cannot guarantee delivery on specific days.  If you do need something to arrive quickly or by a certain date, please get in touch to check we are able to get things to you or your loved ones in time.
